The Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget (CRFB)

Challenge

CRFB wanted to create an online “game” to help educate players about the difficult choices facing the nation in reducing and stabilizing our national debt.

Solution

Ripple created an easy to use, yet very effective, tool that takes users through various policy choices and visually displays the results of those choices on the debt. Users are educated about the choices along the way and are shown how they fared against the goal of reducing the debt to 60% of GDP. Our work was honored with a 2011 DC Addy for Interactive Media, Online Game.
